Lunar Path plays metal music with a sharp rock attitude. Songs dynamics range from a plethora of hard hitting rock-metal anthems like "Calling" or "You Were Here", to strong and personal portrayals of emotional turbulence as in "Tell Me" and "They Would Never Understand". On stage, Lunar Path is an explosion of energy and emotions, surely not to leave anyone cold.

Formed in the fall of 2006 by two friends, Jonas Eriksson and Tuukka Nurmi-Aro, the band quickly grew with three additional members, all close friends.

The bands live-debut was at the local band competition in Porvoo, which the band won as only two months old.
During the year 2007, Lunar Path shot two music videos, “Tell Me” and “Destination Unknown”. “Tell Me” was shown several times on Yle’s “Musiikki-Tv”, due to requests from the public.

January 2008 saw the departure of drummer Klas. This didn't hold the band back, as they released their second self-recorded and -produced demo, "Calling", a milestone in Lunar Paths development in every way.

Lunar Path's foremost goal is to spread their music, continue to develop musically and master the art of destroying the stage with cranked amps and thunderous drums.
