31 January 2010 The bands walk with bass player Ari Järvinen has come to an end. The desicion was made in full understanding by both parts, with no drama involved. Ari who has been the best friend the band members could ask for, will remain as one in the future as well. We wish him all the best for whatever the future may hold for him. We are now looking for a new bass player to join our force, if you think you have the balls for the job click HERE!
30 January 2010 The benefit concert went wery well, way over our expectations considering the short deadline. Attendance was very good with over 200 people! A big thank you to everybody who helped out and sponsored the evening; BePop/Amarillo & Jan-Peter Sjöroos and last but not least, a big thank you to everybody who showed up! We'll now work with the two bands on how the money should be spent and what the exact damage was. What we already know is that both the bands drumsets + hardware and cymbals, one amp, and a bass is atleast destroyed.
28 January 2010 We're hosting a benefit concert THIS FRIDAY for the victims of the last weeks arsony. We survived with only Jonas braking his leg pretty bad, but others weren't so lucky, and there were plenty of material damage. (Btw, he girl who committed the arsony has been taken in by the police and she has confessed.)
23 January 2010 Yesterdays band practice was interrupted in a very unreal way when a dangerous fire broke out in the rehersal complexs' bottom floor. Lunar Path and two other bands were rehearsing on the second floor. The two other bands got out early enough, but we didn't notice the smoke until it was too late. By the time we realized that there was an actual fire, it was too late to escape through the hallway as it was already filled with lethal amounts of black smoke. We sealed off our door to prevent the smoke from reaching our flat. As a last resort, when a fear of a gas leak arose, we took off the windows, threw every matress we could find on the ground belowe and one by one leaped out through the windows. The fall was measured by the police as four meter and ten centimeters. Everybody exept Jonas survived the jump with minimal injuries (some bruising etc.). Jonas had already twisted his leg after falling in a staircase last thrusday morning, so jumping from that far with a bum leg meaned that a leg trauma was almost unavoidable. He had to jump knowing this, so it was a hard call. Jonas is now treated for his leg trauma in a hospital in Töölö, Helsinki. The fire was deemed as arson by the police and a young girl has been arrested for the crime. We don't want to jump to conlusions too early, but it is unknown to us wether or not we have a practice flat anymore, as the rehersal complex is in need of some costly repairs. We successfully sealed our flat from the inside before the jump, so our gear and rehersal place didn't suffer any damage.The hallway suffered some damage, as lamps and paint melted and the walls got significant smoke damage. And the best news of all, no fatalities. We were scheduled to start recording drums for our debut full lenght in february, but as of now we'll have to wait and see what happens next. This incident does not affect the upcoming tours, as our brains and hands are still working, and Jonas will perform with a plaster-cast if needed. 12 December 2009 We're proud to announce four more gigs for this spring! We will join Paul DiAnno (UK) on his Sweden and Denmark tour in addition to the Finnish tour! We're really exited as this will also be the first time that we'll play abroad! Tour dates:
17 December 2009 There's a whole lot of cool gigs coming up and confirmed a batch more today. We're proud to announce we're going to support ex-Iron Maiden vocalist Paul Di'Anno's (UK) solo tour in Finland on the 17. through 20. of March. Paul Di'Anno was the vocalist in the legendary heavy metal band Iron Maiden during 1978-1981 and performed lead vocals on their classic first self-titled album and "Killers"-album. Tour dates: Ps. 14 December 2009 We've just confirmed that we will support the industrial gothic band Deathstars (SWE) on their Finnish mini-tour! The mini-tour consists of three gigs, Tampere and Turku's Klubi and the legendary Tavastia in Helsinki. With us, supporting, is Fear of Domination (FIN). 18 Aug 2009 You can now digitally purchase our latest EP "Broken World" from several digital music stores! The songs are in high quality/bitrate and mostly MP3 or WMA. By purchasing our and other independent bands music, you're not only playing fair, but you're also supporting independent music made and produced by the artists themselves. After all, the reality is that making records isn't free, even if you make them youself. We will of course, still allow you to listen to our songs from this website (and our online affiliates, MySpace, OurStage etc) with very few restrictions (i.e. medium or low bitrate), buying them and supporting us is simply your conscious choice to support us and a small way to contribute to keep the independent music scene going. So... Show your support for independent music and head down to these places for a full blown MP3/WMA shopping spree!: FINLAND INTERNATIONAL iTunes and Spotify has by default a slightly longer waiting period, but they should join this list in the near future.
